when I activate a defoult wordpress theme like Twenty eleven, there is the same probem.

Thanks! Your plugin is easy to use and safes a lot of time:)
Works but there is one problem. When I click on “read more” it transfers me to:
” Not Found
Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.”
With every post the same result. I found in the net the advice that it’s a problem with my theme. I generated my theme using a special software.
What should I do to have your plugin work also on my page?

@Matrix23: if you prefer not to use the plugin you should edit every template file in which you have the function “the_content()”

@nicasiri: this is something you should do using your theme CSS files

Hi Josie, love the plugin. I originally wanted to be able to change the template code myself to do this but all I could find were really old forum posts making reference to changing the index.php file in the theme, but the code that was mentioned no longer seems to be in that file.

Could you tell me which files need to be edited if I didn’t want to use the plugin please (I like to know how to do things myself as well if possible).

Also I wondered if you would be able to add a new feature: the facility to disable the excerpt for sticky posts. I have a sticky post on my blog home page and want it to display in full without the ‘read more’ link, but I want to keep using excerpts for all other posts.

Many thanks for your hard work in creating and sharing this plugin. Will gladly make a donation to you.

Sono tre giorni che provo a chiamare il 02/50903264 a qualsiasi ora del giorno.
Il telefono squilla sempre… non mi hanno mai risposto.
